Garth is 35 years old and lives in Alfred, ME.  Garth has been active in RC for the past 20 years.

His primary focus, when not instructing or mentoring new rotary wing pilots, is high-performance 3D helicopters.

Garth has flown helicopters, airplanes, and multi-rotors, but his aircraft of choice is the Algin Trex 700E DFC with which he does some amazing 3D maneuvers.

Garth can often be seen working with various members in setting up their helicopters, fine-tuning the controllers with his ever present laptop, and providing coaching as members attempt to hover and fly.
