Dues are $50 for the upcoming flying season. Dues may be paid anytime, but the first meeting of each season is the last day to pay dues for the new season. You will receive a confirmation email that will serve as your receipt.

It is a requirement that all club members also have a current AMA membership (click on the AMA link either to join and/or renew.) If you only fly electric powered planes that weigh less than 2.5 pounds, and are comfortable with the AMA’s umbrella insurance limited to $500K, then Sport Pilot membership is an option that will result in significant savings.

The FAA also requires recreational pilots flying an RC model weighing at least 250 gm (0.55 lbs) to (1) have a registered ID (click on FAA link here) and (2) complete the TRUST knowledge course available here.
